SCRIPS - Store Gift Cards for the Holidays
We will be placing two Scrip / Store Gift Card orders
Order Form & Check payable to BOBCAT PIT CREW due by the following 2 Order DUE DATES:
1st Order Due Date - Saturday, November 12th for orders to be delivered by Thanksgiving
2nd Order Due Date - Friday, December 9th for orders to be delivered by Christmas / Hanukkah
Turn in completed orders to any Bobcat Pit Crew Exec. Member
The % listed on the Participating Stores document for the card(s) purchased, will be split 50/50 between the Student Trip Credit account and the program.
· Example - If you purchase a $25 AMC gift card, AMC currently posts 7% which is $1.75 split 50/50 between Student Trip Credits & the Band/Guard Program.

Pick up 5 Guys for dinner to support the Band & Guard program!
5 Guys donates a % of sales made between 6-8 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Donations will be applied toward the Disney 2012 trip.
Band & Guard monthly parent meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7-8 pm.
Pick-up 5 Guys on your way to the meeting each month in support of the program!
Band Bucks ~ Shop Rite & Stew Leonards
Do you shop at Shop Rite or Stew Leonards?
If yes, order $50 or $100 Shop Rite or Stew Leonards gift card each month.
~ NO FEES - Zero additional cost ~
The $ amount purchased is the Face Value of the card to purchase your groceries.
Receive the card(s) within the month of fully paid purchase.
How does your student and the program benefit if there are no fees, what's the catch?
No Catch - Shop Rite & Stew's allow us to purchase in bulk at a reduced rate to benefit the program.
The 5% savings is donated to the program as follows
3% of the face value of the card is provided to the students Trip Credits account.
2% of the face value of the card is provided to the Program.
Students earn Trip Credits!
Trip Credits can be applied toward any program approved fee.
i.e.- Disney trip, band jacket, T-Shirts, Uniform Deposit ...
Make Checks payable to Bobcat Pit Crew
and note the students name in the "Memo" to ensure trip credits are posted accordingly.

Raffle
What are we raffling?
We are raffling off cash prizes
1st prize = $3000; 2nd prize = $2000 & 3rd prize = $1000
$10 a ticket
A total of 3000 tickets will be sold.
When is the raffle drawing?
The drawing will be held on Dec. 15th @ 7 p.m. at the start of our winter concert.
Does the winner need to be at the drawing/concert?
No – the winner will be notified via the telephone number or address noted on the ticket stub
Does the winner need to provide any proof of identity to collect their winnings?
If the winner is at the concert, they will be asked to provide identification that matches the address on the ticket stub. Otherwise, they will be contacted using the contact details provided on the ticket stub. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings, we can provide them with the appropriate tax forms.
When do I need to turn in my sold/unsold tickets? How long do I have to sell my tickets?
You need to sell your tickets and return the completed ticket stubs and money no later than December 8, 2011.
